Christopher K. Casey, R.Ph.

A 1979 graduate of the Albany College of Pharmacy, Christopher Casey has been a retail pharmacist for over 30 years. He began his career in sales with Eli Lilly and Company then in 1983 he bought Naples Pharmacy in Naples, New York, which he owned for 23 years. In 2002, Mr. Casey opened Mead Square Pharmacy in Victor, NY and is a principal of Mead Square Development (real estate holdings). In 2009, he co-founded Focused Pain Relief, a state-of-the-art compounding pharmacy specializing in custom topical solutions for pain and inflammation.

Mr. Casey has also served as past president and chairman of the Rochester Drug Cooperative, an independently owned wholesale drug cooperative servicing over 800 community retail pharmacies, long-term care pharmacies, and home health care stores in New York State, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Other appointments include Associate Professor of Pharmacy at St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY and preceptor for Ohio Northern University School of Pharmacy.

Mr. Casey is a founding board member of Quality Care Pharmacies (Legend Pharmacies) of Greater New York State, and an active member of the PSSNY (Pharmacist Society of the State of New York), the RPS (Rochester Pharmacy Society), the NCPA (National Community Pharmacists Association), the IACP (International Academy of Compounding Pharmacist) and the PCCA (Professional Compounding Centers of America). Mr Casey is a certified  immunizing pharmacist.

In 2005, Mr. Casey received the Innovative Pharmacy Practice Award from the New York State Pharmaceutical Society and in 2007 he was named Small Business Person of the Year by Victor (NY) Local Development. Over the years, Mr. Casey has been active in numerous community affairs and served on many boards and foundations including: Naples Central School Board, St. Januarius Church, Naples Zoning Board, The Naples Community Park Association, and Serenity Hospice Board.

James R. Palmatier, R.Ph.

James Palmatier has 16 years of experience as a registered pharmacist in the state of New York. He graduated from the Albany College of Pharmacy in 1995 and began his career as a staff pharmacist at Genesee Hospital, then at Hill Haven Nursing Home in Rochester. Prior to joining Mead Square Pharmacy in 2003, Mr. Palmatier was a retail pharmacist at Wegmans Pharmacy in Pittsford, NY for five years.

Marcia Locke, R.Ph.

Marcia Locke has 36 years of experience as a registered pharmacist in the state of New York. After graduating from the Albany College of Pharmacy in 1975, Ms. Locke served as a staff pharmacist for several pharmacies in the Rochester area, including 10 years as a full-time pharmacist at Eckerd Drug / Rite Aid in Geneva and 11 years part-time at Whitson Pharmacy in Phelps. Ms. Locke joined the staff of Mead Square Pharmacy in April 2011.
