Please call (585) 924 7970 any time day or night to access this. Simply by pushing 1 on your phone you can request refills of you prescriptions. During the day you can push 0 at any time to speak to our staff or follow the prompts to leave a voice message when our staff returns the next day. This process will put your refill request right into out computer and give them top priority for filling.
